Thank you so much for this information! Will you have specific sources for appropriate indoor lighting at night? (Brands, types of bulbs, etc.) I've been shifting over to full spectrum bulbs from Chromalux - and I stocked up on as many incandescents as I could find before they were banned.

Please can you let me know where I can find all the chapters of your book. I would like to present it to my daughters school so we can change the lights in the classrooms. If I have a physical document they are more likely to follow up with the information.
