Are all UV beds harmful, even the ones with a higher UVB ratio that’s more similar to the sun’s ratio of UVA/UVB? I live in Oregon and I may not see the sun again until Spring once Fall is done. So I’m wondering if there are no possible health benefits from getting some UV exposure in?
Another 'shortcut' in life. Add it to - ultra processed foods, smoking/vaping, alcohol, GLP1's (for none Type 2 diabetics and those suffering obesity), social media scrolling, texting (over talking), apps to meet someone (over meeting in public), apps over effort (go out and buy your meal - buy anything), the list could go on.
Technology has unleashed the beast in humans, and we are losing our way. Looking forward to reading the new book!
