Can you please tell us when the average but aware human can buy bulbs for our homes? Is there a waitlist?! I am very keen to do this. Until they are available could you please tell me the best bulbs to buy? I just bought a new House and would love to have the right gloves from the start. Thank you so much

The Circadian Blue light fixtures alternating between MaxBlue day and ZeroBlue night can be found at https://www.ecosenselighting.com/circadianblue/

Zero Blue light bulbs can be found at https://store.soraa.com/zeroblue

These are based on the technology we developed, patented, and validated at the Circadian Light Research Center which was subsequently acquired by Korrus. For more information see my new book THE LIGHT DOCTOR https://thelightdoctor.com/

Hey Amanda, ever thought about trying the Osin Loop? It's the supplementary lamp that Dr. Moore-Ede recommends in Chapters 10 and 11. We meticulously crafted its spectrum and had it independently tested by UL to ensure it aligns perfectly with your circadian light needs. We've just launched a subscription model – a 30-day free trial with free shipping followed by a monthly fee of $19 USD (making us the first company in the world to offer circadian light as a subscription). You can cancel at anytime, and we'll even give you a free shipping label. Of course we also have the option to purchase it outright. Unfortunately, it's not a bulb, rather a desk lamp. At night it goes through a sunset and emits ZeroBlue™ . Most of our customers enjoy using it as an ambient light source when they read or wind down in the evenings.

Another option is Bedtime Bulb. I don't work for them nor are we partnered with them, but it has LessBlue™ and fits any E27.

If you have any questions, flick me an email at caray@osinlight.com or reach out on Linkedin. Let's chat!

Hi Amanda, you can purchase (not subscribe) here: https://osinlight.com/products/loop-buy

If you prefer to subscribe, you will need to verify your identity. Here's a quick video I made explaining how to do so: https://www.loom.com/share/448e4272b19248b79a3270373e9018ee?sid=552b19ed-4e2d-4188-8c46-a22dee74149e

However, you won't need to verify your identify if you purchase (only subscribe).

Hi Dr Moore Ede. Struggling to find Korrus bulbs - circadian blue light that alternate between MaxBlue day and Zeroblue night in anything that looks like a tradition bulb? there's only what looks like strip lighting fixtures on the ecosense website.

Also do you know if these are available in the UK as our voltage is different to the USA?

Dr. Moore-Eade - I would be very interested in your take on how wise this move is for NYC to be switching out their lighting system from fluorescent to LED (part of their effort to make it safer and less violent). Quote from Jeff Childers' substack on 3/30 (Newsclip): "Transit leaders have also tried making the system feel safer and less claustrophobic by adding bright lights. The M.T.A. announced last month that it would convert all 150,000 fluorescent light fixtures in the system to LED lighting by the middle of 2026."
